Back in 2017 MCG complete a south facing extension to this two story home. This extension along with some internal alterations provided the client with a new living area along with some office space for working from home. In early 2025 we then returned to build another extension to the northern elevation of the property. The second extension along with some internal alteration provided a large additional ground floor bedroom along with a walk-in wardrobe and washroom. Both extensions added significant space to the property while mainting the the traditional contemporary look of the building.
