MCG was awarded this project after the successful completion of extensions and alterations on neighbouring properties in the Patricks Hill estate. The stone-faced extension to the front elevation of the property along with some internal alterations provides a spacious new kitchen and living area along with a WC. The extension along with some external landscaping provided the building with a fresh new look while maintaining a traditional vernacular.
